Prerequisites: a valid passport, a valid bank card and available balance visa/master card.
First of all, you need to switch to the English language interface of Alipay application, then following this intruction for sure 
1. Setting Up Your Alipay Account:
Download the Alipay app from your smartphone's app store (available for both iOS and Android).
Open the app and follow the prompts to sign up for an account. You may need to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address.
Create a secure password for your account.
Once your account is created, you'll need to verify your identity to unlock full functionality.
2. Verifying Your Alipay Account:
Tap on the "Me" tab at the bottom right corner of the app.
Select "My Account" and then "Identity Verification."
Follow the instructions to complete the verification process. You may need to provide a photo of your identification document (such as your passport or ID card) and possibly additional information depending on your country's regulations.
Once your identity is verified, you'll have access to all features of Alipay, including topping up your balance.
3. Topping Up Your Alipay Balance:
Tap on the "Me" tab again and select "My Balance."
Choose "Top Up" and then select your preferred payment method. Alipay supports various methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online banking.
Follow the prompts to enter the amount you wish to top up and complete the payment process.
Once the payment is confirmed, the funds will be added to your Alipay balance, and you can start using them for transactions.
4. Tips for Smooth Trading:
Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Alipay balance before initiating any transactions.
Familiarize yourself with the exchange rates between Chinese Yuan (CNY) and Vietnamese Dong (VND) to avoid any misunderstandings during pricing negotiations.
Communicate clearly with your trading partners regarding payment methods and currency preferences.
Take advantage of Alipay's security features, such as transaction passwords and biometric authentication, to protect your account from unauthorized access.
